Tenant Inventories
We like to think that we’ve got ever angle covered and realise that tenants are important people too!
We can attend your rental property and provide you with a detailed, impartial inventory to assist you to deal with any disputes when you move out of your property and gives you your very own record of the condition of your rented accommodation and its fixtures, fittings and furniture. Our prices start from £30.00 for a one bedroom property – but this report could prove to be invaluable when you end your tenancy.
We are also able to supply digital photographs for a small extra fee. The comprehensive report will be with you in a matter of hours.
Please note that we are not able to provide this service to those people who are engaged in tenancy agreements that have been arranged through Senior Davis Ltd.

Tenant Deposits
At Senior Davis, any tenant deposits that are collected for our Fully Managed properties are protected by the Deposit Protection Service. As from 6th April 2007, it is a legal requirement that any Security Deposit that is collected from a tenant is protected in either a custodial or insurance backed, government approved scheme.
