Terms of Business
Generally, all of our available properties are offered to rent on 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements. Most are renewable providing that you have met all the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement and have paid all of your rent on time.
A security deposit equivalent to 1 months rent plus £100 is payable on all of the properties that we have available.
