Inventory Services
We will attend the property and complete a full Inventory and Schedule of condition report, noting the condition of all aspects of the property, including decoration, floor coverings, the structure of the building, garden or external areas and any furniture.
This comprehensive report will be with you in a matter of hours and is particularly useful when dealing with tenant disputes or dilapidations at the end of the tenancy. We are able to supply pre-tenancy, mid-term and end of tenancy inspections and reports at your request. Digital images will be obtained as necessary.

Snagging Service
We will attend your property and carry out a thorough inspection. We will note any defects on a report and liaise directly with the developers regarding rectification. We will provide digital images as necessary, and arrange a re-visit after the works are completed to provide a final report for you, the Landlord or owner.

Cleaning Services
Whether you require a full “sparkle” clean, or an in-between tenants clean, we can help!
We can arrange for an “end of tenancy” clean from £11.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours) or an “after builders” clean from £13.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours) providing we use your own cleaning materials. We can arrange to supply cleaning materials at an additional cost of £2.00 per hour per cleaner
The “In-betweener” is a comprehensive clean where we replace all mattress covers, blown light bulbs (additional fee may apply for low voltage bulbs), shower curtains (where applicable), wash & ironing bedding, freshly making beds and deoderising rooms and supplying air fresheners – ready to re-let your property the very next day! This service includes a “sparkle” clean. All this for a standard cost of £159.00 + VAT
