We’re constantly reviewing the services we offer to our Landlords to ensure we that we are working as hard as we can to take the pressure off you in today’s competitive rentals market.
We understand the need to let your property quickly, for the best price, and to keep your void periods to a minimum. We’re not afraid of trying something new to help with this, and advertise your property on all the major property portals across the UK.
We choose and vet your tenants carefully, to ensure that they will look after your investment, pay your rent promptly and vacate your property at the end of the tenancy with a minimum of fuss.
Whether you have 1 property to let, or a large portfolio, we are more than happy to help you. We currently offer 3 levels of service, all with standard pricing.
- Let Only Service£275.00
- Let & Rent Collection Service and a£275.00 + 3% gross monthly rental income
- Fully Managed service£275.00 + 10% gross monthly rental income
Discounts are available for portfolio management.
If you can find similar services cheaper – we will price match.

A let only service consists of
- Marketing of your property to find suitable tenants
- Organise Viewings
- Reference the tenant
- Take the bond and the first months rent
- Provide the Tenancy Agreement
- Move the tenant into the property
- Hand the tenant details over to the landlord
A let & rent collection service consists of
- Marketing of your property to find suitable tenants
- Organize Viewings
- Referencing the tenants
- Take the Security Deposit and the first months rent
- Provide the Tenancy Agreement
- Move the tenant into the property
- Write to Utility companies and Local Authorities
- Arrange for the collection of rent on a monthly basis
- Deal with any credit control issues
- Account to the landlord on a monthly basis
A fully managed service consists of
- Marketing of your property to find suitable tenants
- Organise viewings
- Reference the tenant
- Take the Security deposit and the first months rent
- Provide the Tenancy Agreement and the inventory
- Move the tenant into the property
- Write to Utility companies and Local Authorities
- Arrange for the collection of rent on a monthly basis
- Deal with any credit control issues
- Account to the landlord on a monthly basis
- Be the first point of contact for the tenant to deal with any issues
- Deal with any maintenance issues at the property
- Move tenants out of the property and check against inventory
- Re-let your property at a reduced letting fee for subsequent tenants
